Steam bath

ld drink
one or two glasses

f cold water and protect the

Tip 23: Avoid medications for sleeplessness.
Sleeping pills are no r

They are habit forming and become less effective when taken c

They lower the I.Q., dull

d can prove fatal if taken in excess or
before or after alcohol.
